The customer can execute a contract via e-sign with the down payment taken via phone. The option to sign the contract and pay the down payment in our office is always available. Depending on the product lead time, installation typically happens within two weeks of customer approval.

We offer a five year limited warranty on material and workmanship for Steel, Vinyl and Aluminum fence products.

The customer handles the permit in most cases however we provide any documentation needed for the permit.
